Cancellation Policy
In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel or postpone your booking a full refund will be given if cancellation is notified more than 7 days ahead of your arrival date. If cancelled with less than 7 days notice the total amount of the reservation will be charged .  We will of course do our best to re-let cancelled accommodation and if we do so successfully we will issue a full refund.

 

Group Bookings or Bookings of 3 or rooms fall under the Group Cancellation Policy as explained below.

 

Group Cancellation Policy
If you make a Booking of 3 or more rooms your reservation  will be classed as a Group Booking. 
 
Group Bookings require a non refundable deposit of 25% at the point of booking before the reservation is classed as confirmed . 
 
Our Cancellation Policy for Group Bookings is 28 days notice.  In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel or postpone your group booking more than 28 days ahead of your arrival date no further charges will apply . If cancelled with less than 28 days notice the total amount of the reservation will be payable on presentation of an invoice by Glangrwyney Court. 
 
We will do our best to re-let cancelled accommodation and if we do so successfully we will issue a refund for each room or product re-let  less an administration fee of £5 per room.
 
If you postpone or move your Group Booking 28 days prior to the original arrival date your deposit will also be transferred to the new reservation.  In all other circumstances and with less than 28 days notice the deposit is non-transferable and non-refundable. 

 

Non- Arrivals
Guests with confirmed reservations who do not take up the reservation will be considered as non-arrivals and will therefore be liable for the full cost of the reservation. In case of voucher bookings, the voucher will be forfeited.
 
Postponement of a Booking is also classed as Cancellation, therefore if you need to move your booking with less than 7 days notice you will still be charged for the original booking. 
 
Insurance
We advise that you take Insurance cover to avoid cancellation costs being incurred.
 
Deposit Policy
A deposit of the first night's stay will be taken on booking by us on receipt of your card details. Additional Nights are due for payment on departure.  All reservations must provide a valid Credit Card Number, Expiry Date & Security Code and no reservation will be accepted as confirmed if your provided card is declined or refused.  In this instance we will email you to inform you that your booking is cancelled. 
 
Group Bookings:
A non-refundable deposit of 25%  is required for group booking's of over 3 rooms.  Also see Group Cancellation Policy above. 
 
Gift Vouchers:
Please ensure that you bring your redeemable gift voucher and present on arrival. Non presentation of Voucher may necessitate in a charge being made until the voucher is presented. If full or part payment of your visit is by Gift Voucher, this will become void if you fail to arrive.
 
Supplements:
We may apply supplements for one-night bookings over weekends or bank holidays if your stay is less than three nights.
 
Special Offers:
Special offers are subject to full payment at the time of the booking and are non refundable.
 
Corporate Rates:
We are pleased to offer B&B corporate rates Sunday to Thursday's from £70 plus Vat subject to availability.
 
Public Holidays;
We operate a minimum stay policy of 3 nights over Bank Holidays. If a shorter stay is required a supplement from £20 per room per night will be applied to Bed & Breakfast bookings and £40 per night for self catering cottage bookings.

 

 

FAQ:
Our Rates:   £120 to £150 per room per night including Breakfast (2016 Prices) Based on double occupancy. Single occupancy rates available Sunday to Thursday at £85 per night in standard or superior bedrooms.
A small increase applies over xmas, new year & bank holidays due to increased running costs.

Credit Cards: We accept MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron and Solo.
Breakfast: Breakfast is served: Mon - Fri 7.30am to 9.00am.  Sat & Sun: 8am to 9.30am.
Please let us know ahead of arrival if you have any special dietary requirements.
Bedding:  The Majority or our pillows are feather filled.  If you require hypo-allergenic bedding please let us know ahead of arrival.  Sheets and Blankets are also available on request.
Check in -  Check-in is available between 2pm and 9pm - Please let us know in advance if you expect to arrive later than 9pm.   An earlier check-in is sometimes available by prior arrangement at £20 Per Hour. 
Check Out: We respectfully ask that you vacate your room or cottage by 11am on the day of your departure.  A late check-out is sometimes available on request at £20 per hour.

Children and Extra Bed Policy
  • All children are welcome.
  • The Family Room can accommodate 2 adults in a King Size bed and 2 Children - 1 in the Day Bed and 1 in the Pull Out Bed. The Family Room has an en-suite Shower Room.
  • The day bed and pull out bed in the family room are only  suitable for children.  Should adults occupy the Day Bed or Pull out bed an extra 50% of the Room Charge will be applied per bed.
  • Children under 2 years stay free of charge in a  cot
  • Maximum capacity of cots in a room is one by prior arrangement
  • There is no capacity for extra beds in any room other than the Family Room.

 Internet
  • Wi-fi is available in all  bedrooms and Cottages and is free of charge.
  • Wi-fi is also available in the Guest Lounge, Honesty Bar & Dining Room. 

Meal Plan
  • A Full English breakfast is included in all room rates with the exception of room only requests or self catering bookings in the cottages.

Parking
  • Free private parking is always available on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets
  • Pets are not allowed in any areas of the Main House.
  • Pets are welcome to stay in the Cottages.  However please do not allow pets onto the Soft Furnishings or Wet/Muddy pets to walk on the Carpeted Areas.  All Cottages have a hard floor entrance where pets should remain if muddy or wet!
  • Please note that if a special Clean is required to the Carpets & Soft Furnishings an extra fee may be applied.
  • Please do not leave pets unattended in the Cottages at any time.
  • Dogs must be kept on a lead when using the Communal Gardens & are not permitted to swim in the Garden Ponds!! There is lots of parkland surrounding the Main House where dogs maybe exercised.
  • Please remember to pick up any pet waste.  Outdoor bins are provided in the entrance to each Cottage Courtyard. 

 

  • General Conditions:

     

    Damages, Breakages and Unacceptable Behaviour
    It is with great regret that we must have the following conditions in place as there are a very few occasions when guests/visitors fail to treat our home, property and belongings with the due care and attention it deserves. We are also obligied to consider guests and vistors arriving following your departure and it is of paramount importance to us that each new arriving guest receives the same service, facitlies & level of cleanliness.
     
    Guests and visitors are therefore responsible and liable for any breakages or damages, which you and/or those that accompany you, whether they are a resident or non resident cause to any part of the premises, accommodation and its contents including the car park, land and associated parts.
     
    We ask that you report any incidents as they occur. While we do not normally charge for minor accidental breakages we will charge and debit your card for the full cost of all other breakages, missing items and for the replacement and/or making good of any damage.
     
    There will be a minimum charge of £100 for soiled bedding, towels, carpets, furnishings and décor caused by, but not limited to, vomit, food and drink stains, blood and bed wetting. Glangrwyney court will also charge in full for any lost room nights resulting from any such damage and incidents mentioned in these conditions.
     
    Excessive noise, unruly and threatening behaviour and the like which causes inconvenience and discomfort to other guests and/or staff is not acceptable. Such behaviour will result in the offending person/s being asked to vacate the premises and/or their room and leave the premises. In this instance the room charge will still be payable and will be non-refundable.
