Booking Terms and Conditions


Single occupancy – Depending on the room you choose we are happy to give a single persons discount during the week but not at weekends or bank holidays. Our rates for single occupancy start from £70 per night including breakfast.


Corporate Rates - We are pleased to offer corporate rates from £65 including breakfast and vat.


Supplements - We may apply supplements for one-night bookings over weekends or over bank holidays if your stay is less than three nights.


Animals – We regret we are no longer able to accept pets in the Main House although they are welcome to stay in one of the cottages or in the Flower Room. Please let us know ahead of your arrival if you are bringing a dog into one of these buildings OR if you are staying in the main house and wish to leave your dog in the car.


Group Bookings - A non-refundable deposit may be taken at the time of booking in respect of groups.


Cancellation Policy – We require at a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations. A group booking will require 28 days notice.  If cancellations are not made within our policy requirements we will then charge the total cost of each room. We will do our best to re-let cancelled accommodation and should we do so successfully we will then refund the charge accordingly.
Wedding Deposits are non-refundable.
