  Slow Cooked wye valley Beef with red wine and thyme sauce served with fondant potatoes  
  Local Lamb with cider honey and mint served with Chive mash  
  Breast of free range chicken wrapped in smoked bacon with a creamy wild mushroom and white wine sauce  
  Fillet of sea bass with a pea and mint puree served with roasted cherry tomatoes  
  Polenta with spiced aubergines sweet potato and taleggio
